6/4/2002 Some customer feedback

Joe Fazio
To Joe Fazio
Dear Joe,
Last week when I received the #6 moly from your company I treated the barrels on two of my handguns to see if your claims were true.
One gun is a Sig 9mm and the other is a Beretta in 32auto.
I carefully followed the directions on the bottle.
At the range I fired 50 rounds as fast as I could put fresh mags in the Sig.
There was next to no heat build up on the barrel or the slide. Accuracy appeared better than normal.
Next I fired the Beretta for accuracy only. Normally it prints one half inch to the right at 7 yards. Which isn't bad.
This time all 48 rounds were dead center. I was becoming a believer but not entirely as yet.
Today I cleaned both guns. There was no powder residue in either barrel. One pass with a clean patch was all it took to have a shiny barrel.
If your product can do this with a handgun barrel I can only imagine what it will do with a rifle barrel.
I have ordered more of your gun care products and can't wait till they arrive.
Thanks
Joel Gemberling

K-Phos Pretreatment for Gun Kote

Joe Fazio
K-Phos is a major breakthrough in the field of corrosion, protection it is a newly developed product that offers a simple method of applying an organic sealed iron phosphate coating to the substrate metal. Highly resistant to rust and corrosion, it provides an excellent bond for coating. Easily applied, K-Phos offers the protection against rust and corrosion formerly available only by means of a complex system of tanks and solutions. Surfaces treated with K-Phos can be exposed to weather for several days until a final finish is applied without losing its protective effectiveness.

When K-Phos is applied to substrate metal, two separate but interrelated actions occur. As the solution comes in contact with the exposed metallic surface, the phosphating chemicals react to form a coating. This coating is immediately sealed with the organic binder to produce a dry, protective covering highly resistant to fingerprints, rust and corrosion.

New Gas Gun (Click here for details about KG's newly-designed gas gun)

Joe Fazio
In November 2001 KG Industries and NCG (Network Custom Guns)* combined their talents to provide still another quality, innovative product to the Shooting Sports Industry. The product is a direct blowback, gas dampened, fixed barrel for the 1911 platform.

The Gas Gun was introduced at the 2002 Shot Show. It was a bigger hit then even we imagined it would be. The number of people that showed interest in this new design was at the least, phenomenal.

The Gas Gun allows the shooter abilities that have never been seen before in the 1911. Faster cycle times, faster target acquisition and the ability to shoot heavier loads are just some of the features of the Gas Gun.

On March 22 we will be showing our new product to Shooting Industry Handguns Magazine. I will be posting to let you know how we did.

Also.... Look for this new product in the 2002 Shot Show highlight section of the next Handguns Magazine.

Email me and let me know what you think.

* March 15, 2004, KG ended its relationship with NCG. Without going into detail KG believes this decision was in the very best interests of our customers and company. KG is now in the process of incorporating design changes to the NCG design. These changes, we believe, are necessary to fix the multitude of problems NCG had. The design changes will improve the overall performance of the NCG design, and give KG an edge which NCG will not be able to achieve. Our goal is to begin conversions in June,2004 and introduce the gun at the 2005 Shot Show. One thing for sure, unlike NCG who had a 65% return rate due to poor workmanship, and poor performing pieces which was key in KG's decision to end the relationship with Mr. Atkins, we will not offer our final pieces until we know it works.
