In most cases, orders received after 11 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. If we are not able to ship within two business days due to stock availability, the customer will be contacted by email.
KG has received notice from the US Postal Service that effective May 14, 2007, they will no longer ship parcel post internationally. They will only ship priority mail. This shortens the time your product is received, however, it increases the cost.
Due to the fact that we cannot establish a specific rate at this point, please email: Debbie@kgcoatings.com for all international order information as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Note: We charge only ACTUAL shipping charges. If the actual shipping charge is less than shown on your invoice, your credit card will be credited to reflect the actual shipping charge.For orders over $200, there may be additional shipping charges depending on the size of the order and required shipping methods. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding shipping fees.
Note: air shipping is not available for Gun-Kote products.
Note: KG-3 cannot be shipped by the U.S. Post Office. Please call or email KG Industries for special arrangements with this product.
