Shipping Policy:
In most cases, orders received after 11 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. If we are not able to ship within two business days due to stock availability, the customer will be contacted by email.
KG has received notice from the US Postal Service that effective May 14, 2007, they will no longer ship parcel post internationally. They will only ship priority mail. This shortens the time your product is received, however, it increases the cost. Due to the fact that we cannot establish a specific rate at this point, please email: Debbie@kgcoatings.com for all international order information as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Due to International and Next day air shipping requirements, all international and Next day air orders for Gun Kote must be a minimum of pint sized containers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: We charge only ACTUAL shipping charges. If the actual shipping charge is less than shown on your invoice, your credit card will be credited to reflect the actual shipping charge.For orders over $200, there may be additional shipping charges depending on the size of the order and required shipping methods. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding shipping fees.
Note: Air shipping is available for Gun-Kote products, however, additional hazardous materials fees apply. These fees are also applicable to any cleaner that may be flammable, i.e. KG-3 Solvent and Degreaser, KG-10 Moly dry-Lube, etc...
Note: KG-3 cannot be shipped by the U.S. Post Office. Please call or email KG Industries for special arrangements with this product.
Return Policy:
KG Industries stands behind its products 100%. If you find that the products we sell do not meet your expectations please contact us. In most situations there is a reason for the problem that can be worked out over the phone. If you are still not satisfied with the results of the product, and the product is within its expiration period, we will be glad to issue a refund once the material is returned. Please contact us for any return arrangements.
