Thermal Kote is a non-ceramic thermal barrier used to help manage heat, by dissipating the heat throughout the coated area.

When Thermal Kote is properly applied it will provide the user with several benefits:

• Outstanding corrosion protection. Thermal Kote affords the user outstanding corrosion protection, a minimum of 500 hours salt spray at 5% salt.
• Resistant to chemicals, oils and solvents common to Aircraft, Industrial and Automotive
  Industries.
• Outstanding heat dissipation.

Thermal Kote can be applied to all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, over all types of plating.

Thermal Kote and its Uses:

• Piston Crowns, to eliminate and spread heat out over the piston dome.
• Intake and Exhaust ports on cylinder heads.
• Intake manifolds and flange areas, and on all ports and crossover ports.
